SIGN-UP FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE:
There are signup sheets at the back of each church—an opportunity for a short term commitment. Weekly, we need readers, flowers for the altar and people to do light cleaning (we pay for deep cleaning to be done once a month). Please look at your calendar and sign up! Thank you

FLOWERS NEEDED TO GRACE THE ALTER:
Both CTK and HN rely on the congregation to provide flowers for the Altar. Flowers from the garden, wildflowers, add greens from plants or bushes. The good Lord created them all. There are vase choices at each church or you can use your own. Sign up sheets are at the back of each church. An easy and important way to give to the church.

CAP PANTRY:
This week’s CAP Pantry update from Sandi – Tuna and Tuna Helper, rice mixes, Spaghetti O’s, soups of any kind. Also, there is a need for shampoo and toothbrushes. Our numbers are up 20.5% over all at this time last month. Our large family (4+ members) participation went up by 36% while our elderly population participation went up by 3.8%.

You may leave contributions in the containers outside the CTK office door and the HN parking lot side door. Thank you for participating in this church outreach program.

CHURCH DIRECTORY:
The directory has been updated this month. There will be a copy at each church, please verify that we have your correct and current information.

ANNUAL MEETING:
The 2021 Annual Meeting of the Episcopal Church of Christ the King and Holy Nativity will be held in person on SUNDAY, JULY 11 at 10:30 AM; immediately following the Eucharist at Christ the King.
We will be voting on the parish offices of Senior Warden, Junior Wardens for both Christ the King and Holy Nativity; Treasurer and Delegates and Alternates to the Annual Diocesan Convention.

And a footnote from the present Senior Warden: I am willing to serve another term, BUT ONLY if a parishioner steps up to stand for the position of Junior Warden at each site.

Respectfully,

Tim Graul

ECONO FOOD RECEIPTS:
The church is still collecting the receipts. You may turn them in by putting them in a baggie or envelope and placing them in the clear CAP tub at CTK by the church office thank you.
